What an exceptionally well written screenplay with a formal, but strong visual style that helps the material be all the more impactful. This is one of the best biopictures of the last decade.

A very well crafted film. Dealing with an extremely sensitive subject, it has to be admired how it was all out together in a very impressive ensemble piece.

Spotlight is one of the most popular & very best movies of 2015 that has accurately shed a serious light into the subject of sexual molestation and misconduct that ties back to religious leaders that indeed exercise their power & kind nature to take advantage of innocents. A very gripping intense story that digs more deeper each and every time! Widespread critical acclaim go to the direction, story, themes, subject matter, and the performances (particularly Ruffalo, Keaton, McAdams, and Tucci)!
