The Fifth Element is one of the most popular, academically polarizing, visually stunning, and very best movies of the year 1997 and even more. There might be a few slight errors with how the storyline plays out but the visual effects and style really sets a benchmark to how we see storytelling in the day in age set. It’s a very fun ride that’s worth taking on. Generally positive reception goes out to the direction, visual effects, costume design, production design, tone, and the performances!!!!
