This is by far Wes Anderson's best movie thanks to the wonderful characters and tight structure. Peace, love, my lobby boy.

The Grand Budapest Hotel is one of the most popular, adventurously entertaining, visually academic, and very best movies of Wes Anderson’s illustrious career and of 2014! Mr. Anderson has done (and as always) a creative as well as superior job with a wonderful visual style and storytelling, which are super efficient. A wonderful masterpiece! Widespread critical acclaim go to the direction, screenplay, themes, editing, sound, costumes, production, cinematography, and the cast’s performances!!!!!!

Quirky for quirky’s sake, not any good reason beyond mood and style; it lacks substance in a glaring way.
