Cabaret is one of the most popular, culturally & musically significant, and very best movies of 1972 as well as one of the greatest musicals ever in cinematic history not without controversy and one of the greatest movies ever made in the 1970’s decade! It’s no like any other musical you’ve ever seen in your life. There are negatives to it in terms of Nazi portrayal & behavior to look out for. Widespread critical acclaim goes towards the direction, screenplay, numbers, costumes, and the acting!!
