One of the better X-Men movies. The new cast breathes a whole lot of life into this franchise. Furthermore, Matthew Vaughn is effective as a more understated director here.

Without question the strongest X-Men film to date. Kevin Bacon delivers a menacing performance as Sebastion Shaw and Michael Fassbender doesn’t disappoint either. The film’s portrayal of these characters gives you brilliant insight as to why they ended up the way they did. With the Cuban Missile Crisis serving as the backdrop, these characters come together and form great chemistry. This was the film that put X-Men back on top. A must see and a brilliant superhero film.
