Gilda is one of the most popular and very best movies of 1946 as well as one of the best caper/noir films in cinematic history and one of the greatest movies ever made in the 1940’s decade! It’s a truthful and clever noir classic that’ll do anything and everything to make sure all bases are covered and had a plan to successfully execute (in which Gilda does very quite well)! Widespread and critical acclaim goes towards the direction, screenplay, atmosphere, themes, and the cast’s performances!!
