By far the worst in the series. Even Johnny Depp looks tired. Based on the stories regarding his behavior on set, this makes sense.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is one of the most popular, obviously polarizing, and adventurously hilarious movies of 2017 but still finding his flaws in only the simple things! At times it could be boring, old, lacking, and gaining such a reputation for repetition on most significant things. However, it’s still a fun ride to hope onboard! Generally mixed reception has acclaim for the performances, visual effects, sound, action sequences, fun tone, humor, and musical score!!!!

Pirates 5 is by far the worst in the franchise. Captain Jack Sparrow changes from the clever, witty pirate we see in the first 4 films; into a wholly dumb pirate that overcomes obstacles by pure luck. For someone like me who is a major fan of the series, it’s very hard to watch that plus all of the inconsistencies that totally disregard what the previous films have built up. All that aside, the movie has pretty CGI, and still contains a few epic pirate ship battles&scenes that are genuinely fun to watch, however brief they are.
