It's a lot of fun in a sophomoric kind of way. Well directed with plenty of laughs. Yet, the movie could have gone further with being weird, edgy, and out there. Specifically, the plot feels like standard superhero origin story stuff.

A decent yet bland superhero film. Upon rewatch you will soon realize that this is a character study rather than an actual blockbuster superhero film. The film’s villain is weak, there is little to no tension throughout the film and after a while the jokes land flat. Not a horrible film thanks to some interesting character development and funny bits of dialogue, but the film’s villain really brings it down. Good film to watch once but does not merit a rewatch.

Deadpool has finally arrived to the big screen & scores big time as one of the most popular, crudely hilarious, & very best movies of 2016 as well as one of the best X-Men movies ever made & one of the greatest superhero & overall movies in the 2010’s decade! It’s a crude, crazy ass superhero movie that keeps audiences satisfied! Widespread critical acclaim go to the direction, screenplay, comic book faithfulness, action sequences, pop culture connections, crude humor, and the performances!!!
