A serviceable adaptation that could have done a lot more with a better script, casting, & more practical effects (the movie they didn’t make). The film was in development hell for so long that Wahlberg got shifted from Nathan Drake to Sully, neither of which he is suited for. Holland’s age forces the film to serve more as a prequel, but adapts set pieces all the way up to Uncharted 4. Not much here you haven’t seen in its inspirations, & the green screen action has no heft or tension. Rental.
