The Parent Trap is one of the most popular and funniest movies of 1998 and one of the most influential Disney live-action movies released! It’s a remake done well and right from the fully-developed beginning to the happily ever after ending! It’s not every remake that absorbs the correct ideas & blocking needed to create such beautiful family magic! Generally positive reception goes to the direction, screenplay, fun tone, humor, and the performances (particularly Quaid, Logan, and Richardson)!

Such a beautiful movie. Lindsay Lohan astoundingly plays both twins and makes a brilliant job of it. You can always tell which one she is at anytime even if they have swapped places. One of my favourite childhood movies
